I would say it’s a custom font (I’m still worried about @Typehuile coming (see here)).

Not to worry, QoF, I didn’t find an actual font. I looked, though. A lot. All the identifiers, a lot of the free font places, the heavy discounters like Font Bundles and Creative Market. Couldn’t find it.

My opinion is that this is not a font, it is an artwork.
