Lately everyone’s been making their handwritten fonts have special ligatures so that if you have more than one of the same letter in a phrase, you can make the second letter look a little different from the first so it looks handwritten.
So I can’t be sure whether this specimen is a font or a scan of someone’s writing. But I can give a good guess. I’d say it is handwritten.
(Every time I say it’s handwritten or it’s a custom font, @Typehuile comes and lists the name of the font 
.)
