There are many typewriter fonts out there that resemble this: FF Trixie, FF Elementa, Harting, My Underwood, Olivetti Type 2, etc. But they are monospaced fonts. The type here is proportionally spaced (but this style of typewriter did not type proportionally). And it seems to have been hand drawn, not set as type. Note that the three d’s are different. So are the l.c. a’s, g’s, l’s, and t’s.
