I looked at your image and came up with Flemish Script, which is a font on MyFonts which you have to pay for. I can find some similar fonts that you don’t pay for too.
Since in the font family Flemish Script there’s only one weight, which is regular, I think that someone must have made it faux bold in the image or added another stroke to the thick ones.
