Struggling to identify this one…
This looks like it was originally printed from metal type. It closely resembles Walbaum, Bulmer, and Didot. The loop of the “g” doesn’t close, and the only older face I can find with a similar “g” is Baskerville. Also, the H is narrower than in the fonts I mentioned.
