Had a customer DRAW out the font she wants, says she saw it online. Anybody know what the font for “The” and “Whiskers” might be?

There are a lot of fonts I describe as “steampunk,” with serifs and spurs. FWIW, the word “FANNIN” is drawn in Latin Wide. And this is a very skillful drawing. I googled the name but didn’t get any good results.
