both fonts are Vitesse font styles: https://www.typography.com/fonts/vitesse/overview
NYPD is Vitesse Black.
ADVISORY is Vitesse Bold.

Yes, good work. Except the PD is not Vitesse. The curves are not bowed out. They are from another font (unlikely) or have been manually altered.

You are absolutely right, I stopped looking after I saw the fat “N”.
My guess is a modification of the P+D as well, 'cause the N is matching perfectly!
