Identifying a font with a unique e

Hello! I’m trying to find this font in order to make a mock album cover, would anyone happen to recognise it? I thought with a lowercase e like that, the font identifier would pick up on it, but apparently not. Any help would be appreciated, even if its just to tell me it’s a custom font.
The font appears in this music video here

I searched and couldn’t find a close match. I suspect it is custom made by the maker, Harumaki Gohan, who lists themselves as a musician, illustrator, and animator. I enlarged the video to the full screen of my 27” iMac with Retina display, so I was able to get a very high res screen snap. I noticed that the curve of the right leg of the m does not meet the straight leg smoothly, and the curve on the left ends at the same place. Also, the legs of the m are not equally spaced. The two e’s are identical, but Gohan could just have cloned them.

Thank you so much! I had assumed that the font wasn’t custom given that Harumaki Gohan is japanese and didn’t really strike me as a font guy, but proves me wrong for assuming! That scan you made would be really useful, would you mind if I used it in my drawing? With credit, of course

Yes, feel free to use it. I uploaded a high-res file, so it should be suitable for you.
