Identify font similar to this but thinner

Hi, I’m absolutely in love with this free font called mermaid, but I’ve only been able to find it Bold. I’m looking for a thinner font that looks as similar to this as possible. Anyone have any suggestions? A free option would be great as well, but I’m open to paying for the font.

(Also, I’m not interested in swash caps)

I’d start with Caslon and then look for similar fonts. A good place to do that is at

Type in a font name (e.g., Caslon) and get this screen. Fonts similar to the one you type will be listed on the left. Now, go to town.
