Intertype Vogue, from the 1930s. A digital version by Miller Type Foundry is Intervogue Soft. https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/millertype/intervogue-soft/
Thank you. The font I have is quite a bit sharper than the soft version, but the standard Intertype Vogue looks like a good match. There are some small differences between the modern remake and the older versions. In particular, the older cap O was not round.
