Century Schoolbook set at 133% width is very close. The hard thing to match is the R, in particular the leg that slants down from the crossbar without any curvature and swells a bit at the bottom, and then hooks up. The serifs are bracketed and the V has a rounded point at the bottom, not a blunt apex.
The letter r is what has me miffed, the typeface was used on a PCB board made in the eighties.
