Garamond and Sabon are very similar, but the capital letters are shorter than the l.c. ascenders.However, the cap I in this title looks like it has been manually enlarged. The details of the other letters match Garamond: the curve on the crossbar of the e, the spur on the b, the wedge shape of the upper serifs, the up-curve of the terminal of the a.
