This font is usually seen on motel keytag or some plastic engraving.
Does any know what font is it or any alternative suggestion?

First off, it is NOT Helvetica, Univers, or Arial. Akzidenz Grotesk is a close match. There are many sans serif faces like this. Also, the stamping and inking of this key tag distorts the shape of the letters a good bit.
