Where did you get this image? I couldn’t find it online. It doesn’t look like a font. The L, V, and O are all duplicated, but they don’t look alike. The two Ls are different; same with the two Vs and three Os. It might be a logo for The Vulture superhero (or villain).
I get from a comic book. I changed for the font BRUSH KING, and I made a translate. The final result is this:
