I think it is a font. The two e’s are almost identical at different sizes. There are a million fonts that look generally like that. It looks like it’s some kind of icing or cake decoration, so I’d browse cake decorating websites (no, seriously, they have sites for embroidery monograms and other things, there’s probably cake-decorating sites, too).
yes its icing on a cookie , made by some cake decorating company… I’m more interested in the B, i cant seem to find it in any font
